Absolutely terrible carpenter abilities. I’ve seen kids do better work than this guy does. He certainly is not afraid to charge and upcharge top dollar for sub par work. Do not allow this scam artist to step foot on your property. I hired him to remodel a closet sized bathroom for us and this has probably been the biggest mistake I have ever made. 1 star is too good of a review for Chad and his company. Whatever you do- RUN AWAY and NEVER hire this person. I made the mistake of hiring Chad in 2023 after the derecho that went through Springfield. A tree fell on my sunroom and I hired him to rebuild the sunroom. Based on his pictures this seemed to be in his wheelhouse. There were problems from the beginning but I just assumed that this was due to supply issues and the need to make adjustments based on time and resources.
