Julia did a fabulous job lighting black out of my hair to matching back up to my natural hair color! Just a few more sessions and the black will fully be out!
Julia is not ready to be working on clients, she is too inexperienced and should only be allowed to do color under strict supervision. She wrecked my hair yesterday. I have been lightening my hair from brunette to blond gradually over the last few years and she did a root touch up that turned my roots black. Wild. She also did a horrible job blow drying/styling.
