Terrible customer services. Listen to the reviews! We’re not exaggerating. I had a no show no call on my appointment day. I was on time and even waited 15 minutes to see if she would call back or even show up late but nothing. Just wasted my time and money. Book at your own risk.

marielle is amazing! it was my first time getting a brazilian wax and she made it go by so fast and not hurt like i thought it would. her space is very clean and she’s sooo nice. i so recommend!!!
If I could give zero stars then I would. Not even 10 seconds into my phone call to inquire about an appointment, she hung up the phone while I was asking my question. I tried to call back twice afterwards and she blocked me. This was very unprovoked and i agree with all other posts saying that this lady is unprofessional.
