LOVE. Where do I start… Great parking, Very clean, always has amazing offers & a very friendly environment. If you’re looking for a new wax specialist I see Ciara, she is AMAZING. She’s very welcoming, timely & so funny. I personally have very sensitive skin (I’m a redhead lol) & she has done amazing with me! (I get brows, under arms & Brazilians) 1000% recommend Ciara & waxxpot in general!

Last month I went in for a brow wax. At first Ciara was nice, but when she started the brow wax I told her I was Samantha’s client. She told me that Samantha was very particular with her brows and she didn’t want to mess them up. RED FLAG! She then proceeded to clean up my brows. I told her I wanted one cleaned a little more, and she put wax on it instead of tweezers, and proceeded to take off almost all my eyebrow.
