1st time going, will be a returning client Alexandria was really sweet & professional, i got just a simple brow & lip wax that I've gotten plenty of times. She was really gentle, walked through what she was doing & asked if i was ok as if it was my 1st time to get waxed . I liked that she took her time, Great Customer Service!!
