Kalisha was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, which is huge for something like a Brazilian wax. She was professional, gentle, and talked me through everything so I felt completely at ease. I also really appreciated that she squeezed me in for a leg wax—she went above and beyond. The results were great, and the whole experience was way better than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back to her!
