Quella did my wax and she talked me through the whole thing. I was a lil nervous because it was my first time but she got it over with as quickly as she could. Even turned the air on for me 😂 but enjoyed my service. The receptionist was nice and gave me a lot of information before I went in and I had a good first experience all around. I was comfortable and relaxed.
