I love Waxperts , I’ve been coming here for years , very clean , professional and all the estheticians take pride in their work . The owner Jada’s my favorite she really does a good job and really engages with her customers .
Karenga always does wonderful job.
I really wanted to like it. I mean the young lady was nice and all, but she only pulled 1 of my ingrown hairs from my face. The area that I wanted her to address (neck area / Beard) I've seen the owner address successfully many times. Yet this young lady told me she was not comfortable trying to get the ingrown hair out. I immediately went home and pulled the same ingrown out with relative ease and I thought to myself. Why did I just pay 45 dollars to be told they are not comfortable with pulling obvious ingrown hairs. I hop... read more
