Just had my first ever wax! Tatjana was extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable! Her level of care and attention to detail is outstanding. I would definitely come back and book with her if i’m in the area.
I visited Waxoxo in Mississauga to ask about services and requested a price list. The receptionist was unwilling to help and simply told me to “check the website” without any effort to assist. I’m not upset about the prices or the salon itself — it was the dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service that stood out. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially for potential new clients. I hope management addresses this, as first impressions matter.
I had the pleasure of seeing Aliyah as my wax specialist, and the experience was outstanding. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about sugar waxing and waxing overall, and it really showed throughout my appointment. She checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable, even offering breaks if I needed them.
