I am a professional in a similar field and went there on referral from a friend. Not new to microneedling as this was my 4th time. Gabby and Laurie were utmost professionals collaborating on my procedure. All steps of the visit were explained in detail throughout. Waxonomy was my first experience with PMU, and I was lucky to find Laurie for help with my thin overplucked brows. Laurie has many years' experience with PMU and she's one of the few artists able to do nano/machine hairstroke brows. Laurie was wonderful to work with and a great listener, and I'm very happy with my results.
I got my back waxed at Waxonomy Frisco on February 23, and I am still dealing with folliculitis/ingrown hairs weeks later. This was not just mild redness or temporary irritation. The reaction was severe enough that I had to take steroids and antibiotics, and even after that it still has not fully gone away. That is completely unacceptable for a professional waxing service.
