Love coming here the past few months — the team is always super informative, swift and supportive. I know I can drop by during my lunch break and pop back at the desk without issue. Spotless, clean rooms and great product offering.
I just booked an appointment here randomly as it was a convenient location and I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Three points to really appreciate: Admin: From the moment I arrived, everything was handled extremely professionally. I had misunderstood my appointment time and showed up an hour early, but the front desk staff (Veronica) was incredibly gracious about it and got me in within 20 minutes. She is an expert in her field of work, incredibly skillful, knowledgeable, and makes you feel SO comfortable which is key. I appreciate her so much!! Emma, the manager, is SO kind, friendly, welcoming, approachable, understanding, and a sincere person. Im grateful I found this place with amazing gems like Camila & Emma working here.
