Renuka was absolutely wonderful! My first time at WAXON, the ladies were welcoming and warm. Renuka explained what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend.
I had my brow waxing done by Muskan. At first I was excited to get them done by her based on the reviews I had read. But at the appointment it just felt very rushed. She was heavy handed and didn’t even do a consultation and ask me how I liked my brows shaped in the beginning of the appointment. Looking at my brows the next day I’m now noticing all the brow hair she had missed, my brows look like they were done 1.5 weeks ago.
Muskaan did an amazing job! She’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough and walked me through aftercare. She really cares about her clients, highly recommend!
I’ve been to multiple locations of waxon but this is my favourite. If you visit here ask for Muskan, she is very knowledgeable and always provides useful recommendations.
Unpleasant experience with Maskan. Felt very rushed. I had hot wax dripped on my face, my hands, my legs (all not being waxed). Felt like it was a race to get me out of the room for the next appointment, with wax being slapped onto my body…maybe overbooked? Maskan became visibly impatient as I inspected. Part of my wax would be finished, I could feel hair still in that area and asked for a mirror to inspect. Had to point out and ask areas to be touched up.
