It was my first time in a long time getting a wax (brows, lip, chin, underarms, and brazilian) and she made me feel extremely comfortable, was efficient with the services, and left me with the best results i've ever had. I’ve been going here for almost a year now and have been beyond satisfied with my experience every time! Michelle is absolutely amazing and makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment and is incredibly knowledgeable on aftercare. This is hands down the best place to go in the Raleigh area!
I had a very disappointing experience at Waxologie. They did a poor job on both my eyebrows and lashes. My eyebrows were not shaped at all. and my lashes did not turn out the way I requested at all. It felt rushed and careless, and the final result was not what I paid for it definitely waste my time and money. What made the experience worse was how the situation was handled afterward. I'm never getting waxed anywhere else but here..Michelle and her staff at Waxologie are quite simply the best in the industry! Everyone is so friendly and chill, and it turns what I used to dread doing into something I actually look forward to every month... like visiting friends. And I'm always so satisfied with the results.
