I hate to write this review because I have been a member of Waxing the City for a very long time and have had some great experiences. I recently started coming to this location because I moved to the area (went to Chandler for years before and Tempe at times). I first saw Carmen here who was perfect. She was an eyebrow wiz. She left, so I saw another waxer who completely ruined my left brow. I should have said something then, but the damage was already done. The tail on my left eyebrow is almost completely gone. WOW! talk about exquisite service! When I walked into the studio, not only did I notice the cleanliness of the space but I was warmly greeted by Angelina who was not only very kind but also very informative on the services they offer and the products you may purchase. My service that day was done with Olivia. She was kind, gentle, and made the process very enjoyable!
