Amazing first-time experience at Waxing the City! Kay’s positive energy made me feel completely at ease while taking care of my needs and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience. The studio was clean, vibrant, and welcoming, making my visit even better. I happened to be in the area handling errands and saw the perfect opportunity to get a wax after some time without one. Kay’s expertise, along with her knowledge of aftercare products to help with discoloration, was truly appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing! I’ve moved so much and had some many wax spots. But this one! This one is the BEST. The ladies are always so so sweet. Very kind, patient, they make you feel so comfortable. Kay is great at what she does! She’s very thorough and makes you walk out of there feeling so confident about yourself.

This was an awesome experience. Kay did a wonderful job prepping and educating me on the process and the upkeep. They were so helpful and patient with check out as my check was locked ( due to Black Friday shopping) and I had to move money around. Great environment and I will be back soon!

1st time visiting yesterday and I will definitely be back! Everyone was so helpful, and Jaylah took her time listening to exactly what I wanted. I've been trying to grow my 90s super thin brows out for a yr and she did amazing shaping but not removing too much. I was hesitant bc of the price but it was worth every penny! I will definitely be back for more brows and possibly even more services💚 the cute little bag of stuff was the sprinkles on top too!
