Was at the nail place next door, Noir (they do an amazing job). Decided to come here to get my eyebrows waxed after my nails. Walked in and no one was up front. Waited about 5-10 minutes and no one came up. Made some noise so MAYBE someone would beat me, heard some people talking in the back, but still nothing. Looking at the other 1 star reviews now, looked like I lucked out.
The staff are wonderful but the company sucks! If you sign up for thier monthly payments to get discount. They take your money if you don't use it within a certain amount of time. Which I believe is a form of legal stealing! That's my hard earned money that come out of my bank account! I will use what money they already took out of my account and won't be back. Any company that would do that to a customer doesn't deserve my business.
