Kaylinn was AMAZING!!
I have been a member for awhile now. I go to the Hamburg location. Staff is always friendly. Reeca is who is see and she is always very friendly, polite and does a great job! I’ve seen others while reeca was on vacation and they done good as well. Cannot say enough good things about Reeca and the other staff. Great experience every single time.
I LOVE REECA! I have been going to her for maybe a year and she is so nice and quick. She makes great conversation and is thorough with her work always finding those little hairs. She’s also offered me great tips on how to brighten some of the darker spots on my face and has helped so much. Go see her!!
Nadia was so professional and kind, the front desk was so welcoming and as a plus size woman I felt like I was in a safe space.
Was at the nail place next door, Noir (they do an amazing job). Decided to come here to get my eyebrows waxed after my nails. Walked in and no one was up front. Waited about 5-10 minutes and no one came up. Made some noise so MAYBE someone would beat me, heard some people talking in the back, but still nothing. Looking at the other 1 star reviews now, looked like I lucked out.
