I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for nearly 3 years, but today’s experience was absolutely traumatizing. The waxer, Mishella, clearly lacked skill — she missed visible patches of hair on my arms, and when I asked her to fix it, she got rude and aggressive. Her technique became rough and painful, and I had to stop the service midway with one arm untouched and the other poorly done.
