I had a great experience with Grace at Waxing the City. It was my first time there and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was super sweet. They had a ton of aftercare products and the facility was clean. Grace talked to me the whole time and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back!
Cathleen does a great job. Makes you feel comfortable. My wife started going to her 1st and liked her. I used to shave and now I get waxed. It feels safer. Not worried about cutting with razor.
This place has an incredibly high turn over rate. Every time I go there I am seen by someone new because the person I saw last “is no longer with the company”. I have no issues with the waxing. They do a great job.
Did not like my experience here. I got a full Brazilian. I have gotten waxed before at European wax center and it was much better. I followed all of the instructions didn't shave for 4 weeks, exfoliated, was clean everything. The lady waxed me like 10 times in the same spot. Then told me at the end my hairs on the sides were too short. They were definitely not because they were longer than recommended.
