My very first experience was awesome and painless after being traumatized by another company, my second appt wasn’t with the person I thought and wasn’t notified of change. It was horrible she used thick wax layers which I asked her not to it was painful and were super hot which I told her it was, I was left with hair, was in a lot of pain and ended up with tears and minor burns that just started healing!
