EDIT - After I made this review, I was quickly contacted and everything was made right. (I was able to identify that the contact email was incorrect and has now been fixed) I really appreciate them making it right. I have always had good wax sessions when I have gone to Waxing the City in Midtown Crossing. Recently, they sent me a text offering me 75% if I booked with a new person so I jumped at the opportunity. Sharde is THE lady to go to here. I've been going here for about a year now and she is definitely my favorite. She's extremely fast and genuinely such a nice person.

I would not recommend an orange membership from waxing the city if at anytime you need to cancel it. First attempt in June 2024: I told the LaVista location I wanted to cancel my membership. Which never happened! When it clearly states in there cancellation policy (as seen below). That dropping into a membership location and speaking to an authorized employee should Work!! Second attempt July 2024: I called & was told from an employee I had to send an email to receive a form to cancel. Not Stated in the Cancellation Policy……... read more
