I absolutely love Alma at WTC Olive Branch! She is very knowledgeable and though she isn't slow by any means, she takes her time and makes sure you don't feel rushed. She also makes sure you're comfortable and is very respectful of your modesty. I was nervous at first, but she is so professional I should have never had a worry at all. Go see her-best waxing decision I ever made!

I’ve been seeing Alma for a while now, and I can honestly say my skin has never looked or felt better! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, which makes each visit feel personalized and relaxing. I got a Brazilian wax and I was so nervous! The place was so nice and clean. Taylor did just a great job and she was so so patient with me. She listened to me when I told her I was nervous and she talked me through what she was doing. I definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of visiting this location and was not disappointed. I just moved to MS and have been looking and came across this place and by reading the reviews everyone was saying to go to Taylor. And I did!! she did an amazing job and I will be back!! The environment is very clean, smells amazing, and customer service is TEA!!!!!
