Beware of the Cancellation Policy! You’ll receive a text reminder stating that a “fee” will be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. What isn’t clearly disclosed is that this “fee” is actually the full cost of the scheduled service. I completely understand charging a reasonable late cancellation fee.
