The worst Brazilian wax I have ever had. So much hair left over. The tech Alli was sweet and conversational, but the job was not well done. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I got home and I gave her a tip. Wax residue was left all over the place. The wax room was also extremely hot. Fortunately she did provide a fan to help the issue. Overall, I will not be back. I have had a better Brazilian a local small wax businesses. I expected so much more from this well known company. This service is unacceptable.
I had a great experience when I went. Aaliyah was my technician for my services and she made me feel really comfortable. Definitely will recommend.

The Brazilian waxing session was remarkably gentle, making it the least painful experience I've ever had. Alejandra's skill and expertise quickly put me at ease, dispelling any nervousness I may have had. Highly recommend!
