I scheduled two appointments for my mother and I to get waxed before our vacation. BOTH our experiences were unsatisfactory and not worth the money (tip included). My wax began first, she started with my eyebrows and I requested solely a clean up, my brows bottom arch was waxed into a higher arched shape, almost early 2000’s like when my brows are much thicker than the shape given. I’ve been going here since it first opened and I LOVE this place! Schedule with Julia if you want a speedy wax with minimal pain. I just had a full Brazilian and underarm wax in 20 minutes and was laughing at her stories the whole time.
