Brought my daughter in for an eyebrow wax. At the end of the appointment the cerologist expressed concern over redness of her eyebrows. Thinking it was possibly a minor reaction, she put ointment before we left. We iced and reapplied ointment but it started to get sore and burn. Monday morning it was clear patches of skin was removed. Called Waxing the City. Left a message with someone who said she'd pass it on. They dyed my eyebrows black and I literally have blonde hair! How does that even happen?! And then when I had concerns about it and didn’t want to pay for the botched eyebrow job they said they’d call me back and never did.. Do not go here!!! Terrible at what they do and customer service.
I’ve had some good and some not as good brow wax and tints. Some great, like Margaret! But their phone either doesn’t work so I cannot book. It’s pretty inconvenient if you need to know your booking history or anything else
Love this shop, professional, super clean and super friendly. I saw Prophecy today and she was awesome! You can count on good conversation to go with a professional service here : )
