I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences at Waxing in the City. This used to be one of my favorite places, but the atmosphere has changed a lot. When my waxer, Julianna, left, no one could tell me where she went, and the lack of transparency was frustrating. The drama in the studio is also very unprofessional; it’s hard to relax when you can hear gossip and personal conversations through the walls.
