car broke down on my way there, called and texted, still got charged for my appointment even though i asked to reschedule. find somewhere else in town that can do it. there are great people who have small businesses rather than a corporation that has no empathy. they’ll use the excuse of “it’s our policy” but i didn’t realize it’s in your policy to lack empathy for people when they literally cannot get to their appointment. i am sorry to all the people i recommended to go here. there’s no point in being loyal to a place when... read more
