Went here for a brow lamination. First time. Filled out my questionnaire- adding that I checked the box that said I had previous allergic reactions to hair dye. Fast forward to my appt….. trusting her and that she read my questionnaire… she goes to put dye on my brows. Immediately they feel like they’re on fire. She stops and “wipes” off the dye. I have been going to European wax for years but I’m switching. Kayla made me feel as if I was more than just a number- she took her time with me and laid the strips in the direction that they were supposed to go, rather than just being as quick as possible which is what I’ve seen at European wax. I was able to get in same day, and she even did my eyebrows for free since it was my first time there.
Haylee did my wax for the first time and she did an amazing job! She proved she has years of experience with sharing her knowledge with me. She also gave me tons of advice going forward to have better, smoother skin! 10/10!
Haylee was amazing. Made sure to make me feel extremely comfortable and safe, even after my esthetician got changed. She did such a great job and got me right ;) You're definitely guaranteed to be in good hands with her.
