I have been coming here for over two years! It is always clean, they play nice music, and they have amazing experienced waxers. I have been seeing Caitlyn for about a year now and she is amazing! Definitely check this place out if you’re looking for a wax 100/10 customer service!
I love this waxing studio, the estheticians here are amazing and always provide the best service! Highly recommend Caitlin 3 stars because unfortunately the front desks ladies don’t provide good service. Most of the time, they’re on the phone and barely acknowledge me when I enter or leave. When I go to pay, they talk so quickly to get me out. They barely pay attention when the estheticians ask them for support. Great experience at Waxing the City! The staff was friendly right from the start, the salon was clean, and my esthetician made me feel I am special. They take time on service and effectively, with helpful aftercare tips making sure I understand it. Highly recommend!
great service all around! the front desk was really nice and shelby, caitlyn, and erica are amazing! they have all done my eyebrows and leave them spotless ;)
