I have only been to Erica and from the 1st appointment she was amazing, great energy, vibe and very thorough. It quickly became my go to place.
Erica did such an amazing job!! Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable during my session❤️✨ 10/10🙌
Erica was incredible! Made the experience so easy, very communicative, and super sweet. 10/10 would definitely recommend booking with her!
I’ve been going to the Katy location for a few years now and have never had any problems. They’ve always done a great job and provided good service. Yesterday I went in for a bikini wax, and I’ve never been treated so poorly by a waxer. I paid $55 for a badly done waxing and to be treated like dirt. I even left a 15% tip, and as I got into the car, I kept wondering what I’d just gone through in there. With so many options in Katy, it’s easy to say I’ll never set foot there again.
