I love this waxing studio, the estheticians here are amazing and always provide the best service! Highly recommend Caitlin 3 stars because unfortunately the front desks ladies don’t provide good service. Most of the time, they’re on the phone and barely acknowledge me when I enter or leave. When I go to pay, they talk so quickly to get me out. They barely pay attention when the estheticians ask them for support.
