I've been a customer for years. The estheticians have always been professional, but the booking policies are extremely rigid. I was once less than five minutes late and they refused to complete the service. Recently, after canceling an appointment and not immediately rescheduling, my account was flagged so I can no longer book online and now have to call and prepay for part of the service.
