I have been seeing Victoria for over a year and she is great! She is professional in that she knows what she is doing but personal in that she is fun to talk to with an appointment that could be potentially embarrassing. I would highly recommend Waxing the City!

For this being the first wax I have ever had, I can say I was delightfully surprised with how the process went. I was booked with Brittane and she was incredibly kind and personable, it was like I had a good friend in the room with me. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I didn't have very much pain and the nervous jitters went away quickly. Thank you so much for a delightful first time wax experience.
The facility is clean and inviting. The lobby has product and information, check in is super easy. All the workers I’ve encountered are kind and friendly. The room is neat and clean. Everything was kept sterile, no double dipping of the wax stick, a new one was used each time. Victoria is always friendly and personable. We chat and the whole appointment flies by. She’s efficient and makes the wax experience a happy one.
I just saw Brittane and she did amazing!! Love that she took her time and made me feel welcomed. I left with the best eyebrows I have ever gotten. I can’t wait to come back and see her!
