I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with this location. The day before my scheduled wax appointment, I underwent emergency surgery and was placed on bed rest. My health and recovery understandably became my top priority, and as a result, I was unable to attend my appointment. I love going here for my waxes. Madison is always so nice, friendly, gentle and pays to attention to detail!
I have been seeing Victoria for over a year and she is great! She is professional in that she knows what she is doing but personal in that she is fun to talk to with an appointment that could be potentially embarrassing. I would highly recommend Waxing the City!

For this being the first wax I have ever had, I can say I was delightfully surprised with how the process went. I was booked with Brittane and she was incredibly kind and personable, it was like I had a good friend in the room with me. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I didn't have very much pain and the nervous jitters went away quickly. Thank you so much for a delightful first time wax experience.
