I finally made my way to WTC to get waxed by my niece, Amaiya. I’m so glad I did! The experience was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything along the way. Amaiya was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience a positive one. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients. I’ll be back.
Amaiya has such a beautiful spirit! She was warm, welcoming, and highly professional from the moment I arrived. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, even though I hadn't had a wax in a few months and it was my first visit to Waxing the City. She did an amazing job, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning!
Always feel so taken care of here! They always answer the phone and are super accommodating when it comes to appointment scheduling. I see Pratima monthly and she is amazing - So thorough, friendly, and careful. She’ll make sure you’re happy with your wax/skin and prioritizes your comfort. Can’t imagine going somewhere else or seeing someone else!
This was my first time at Waxing the City and I had great service with Bernice! She was welcoming and friendly. She took the time to map my eyebrows and made sure everything was perfect before I left. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to anyone in the area!
Bernice was amazing. The best wax I’ve had yet. She made my experience pleasurable. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was knowledgeable about everything she was doing. Definitely would recommend coming to her.
