Couple years ago, I had an atrocious experience at this location — truly villain origin story material. My regular esthetician (Jasmyn) was out, and no one told me until I showed up. I got assigned to someone new… and left with burns and irritation. So yeah, I was ready to set my membership on fire. Sierra was absolutely amazing! Funny and very nice. She was even sympathetic to my pain as I hadn't waxed in about 2 yrs. Highly recommend.
