Can't say enough good things about this place. First experience getting waxed was fantastic. Desiree is phenomenal.
Kierra L is the best! I had never had my brows done before because I was scared that they would come out horrible but Kierra did beautiful work! Now I won’t let anyone else touch my brows. She’s so nice too and makes you feel totally comfortable. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
I visited this location for the first time for a Brazilian, and left very disappointed. I thought that due to the service being discounted, maybe I got someone new who was still learning at a discount. I get that, so I tried again in 5 weeks. The second time, I got someone different. Everytime I go in, she's so helpful and very knowledgeable about before and after care. she always makes sure I feel comfortable with the after care before I leave and any questions I may have, which are many, that she has answered them. It wasn't a very good experience. I wouldn't mind paying less for a lesser quality service. However, it was priced the same as a fancy spa, and my waxer was just out of school. She has a lot of developing to do on both waxing techniques as well as communication skills/bedside manner. I won't be going back.
RecommendedI have been going to Erin since the beginning of October and she is great. She makes me feel so comfortable. I get a Brazilian wax, under arm wax and my legs waxed every month. She is concerned about how I am doing and can sense if I’m not ok. She makes our sessions as painless as possible. She doesn’t try to over sell products and she tells me exactly how I should care for my specific skin type. She even gets the ingrown hairs. Thank you ERIN you are the best!!
