I arrived for my 12pm appointment that was confirmed and this is what I arrived to: all appointments are cancelled until Further notice. Thanks loads Waxing the City…you’re the worst
I guess I should have checked the reviews before coming to my appointment today. I received a text over the weekend confirming my appointment, but drove up to find a sign on the door stating they were closed. According to other reviews it has been that way for over a week. Better communication prior to arriving would have been ideal. I have noticed less and less customers every time I've come in over the past several months and am guessing this location is probably going to be gone for good.

CLOSED! I’d call if you have an appointment. They are closed with no notice to current customers with scheduled appointments. Got a ton of reminders but not a single notice of closure or my appointment being cancelled just days before I was leaving for vacation. Thankful the neighboring waxing lady could get me in on such short notice.
