I’ve seen a few others had the same situation, I was 10 minutes late, she spent 15 minutes on my service (normally a 30-45 minute service anywhere) and did not finish the job. Incredibly frustrating as I have a vacation in two weeks and now have to try doing it on my own at home. Will definitely be going to a different business next time as this is the third time it’s happened to me here…yes third times a charm.

Seriously, what is going on with this place? I usually see Gigi, I called to make an appointment, but they said she's no longer there. Fine, so I decided to go with Nikki. When I met Nikki, it seemed like she was in a rush, which made the experience not as enjoyable. During my visit with her, she was telling me everything that was going on at the salon, how everyone had left, and she offered to bring me a business card from one of the other gals that left. I am very annoyed. I booked an appointment 2 months ago for wax services prior to my vacation. Less than 24hrs before my appointment I receive a text saying the person that was going to provide my service moved and we need to reschedule. I get it life happens, cool. I call to reschedule and of course there is nothing available and the person on the phone says I'm not sure what you want me to do...
