Friendly, fast and professional. You couldn’t ask for more.
Before and during my visit Kelly was nice, knowledgeable and professional. After my visit was a different story. My body had a weird reaction from the waxing. Being it was my first time I wasnt sure if this was normal. So I waited a week or so to see if the skin discoloration and bumps would go away. I've been going to Kelly for my Brazilian wax for seven years. One time, I strayed when I was in a tight spot and it was a mistake. Nobody is as skilled in the Charlotte area. Kelly is very thorough. She takes her time to do the job right. Kelly has a super personality and is great at making you feel comfortable. Her space is sanitary and tidy. Also, she takes male clients, which is pretty rare.
