Great lady! Most painless waxing process I've experienced. She makes you feel comfortable and is flexible to accommodate physical needs/limitations. Quick without cutting on being thorough. Best results I've gotten after wax. Often zero issues with getting in when I need when scheduling out - can always reach out if there ever was. Space is clean and private. Donna is amazing! My first time seeing her, she made me feel like we've known each other for years. She's very welcoming and makes sure your comfortable. She checks often to make sure you're okay throughout the service. I'd definitely recommend her to anybody who is looking for a wax lady
Went to see Donna today for my first wax, so it’s safe to say I was a bit nervous. Donna was incredibly friendly and she made the whole experience amazing.
