Donna is fast, efficient and has a very welcoming personality. The first time I saw her she made me feel super comfortable. Donna applies the wax to your skin is completely different from what I was used to. Her technique made it much less painful for me when she pulled the wax strips/layers/sheets away from my skin. She’s repeatedly asked me if the temperature of the wax was OK and she was gentle as one can be when waxing intimate areas.
