I was in need of a single item to take out cat urine smell that was in sub flooring- Talk about a nasty thing to find while replacing carpet! I was pointed to WAXIE from another outfit and I couldn’t be more happy. I know this is against all protocol- but I rang the bell at this place and the employee answered and helped me find their product that would destroy the cat urine source.
