I've been here for a year and it keeps getting better. It's a great location for my work. Bit pricey. Every little bit helps 4. 14 7pm we no longer have 24hr residents service for plumbing water on floor. Ok property. With nice amenities and most everyone is well mannered. Property management company and staff is excellent too. Jamie and Ashley are doing a super job for us in the leasing office And the maintenance team are very prompt and get it right the first time.
I personally find the place perfect for me. Ive never seen a space like it. 20 foot brick walls and worn <this is a plus> hardwoods. Having a blast with projects. Management is tough yet considerate and fair. Staff treats you like you treat them. The team has rocked for me and regional manager is exceptional. Seeing ia believing. Take a visit and set expectations correctly and you'll love it. A short walk to almost anything. Way thumbs up!
I’m not sure where to begin for this place, so I will just start by saying DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is overpriced for what you get, the carpet is cheap and my dishwasher has broken 5+ times. They will charge you a monthly fee for a trash valet service that hardly ever picks up your trash because they are likely underpaid. The management at the leasing office is full of disrespectful people who neglect the residents. The worst managed property. Emails to the leasing office are unanswered and not even acknowledged. The trash dumpsters are freely available for the entire Waxhaw community, and beyond, to dump absolutely anything, for which the residents get charged. There are no cameras or any security to prevent us being charged ludicrous amounts for trash. Be prepared to add $70 to your rent just for trash. The dog park is disgusting.
