Love it! Especially the staff 😊they are soo sweet & caring. They also have small events, everything is beautiful, nice neighbors, I love this community. I’m new here & ever since I lived here it’s amazing. I appreciate the staff and how lovely this neighborhood is.
From day one getting our tour months ago to leasing and move in and even a few weeks into the lease we have had a wonderful experience here. The office staff is so helpful and kind. They all are knowledgeable and take any concerns of residents seriously and really worked with us to get us the best unit for our family and on our preferred timeline. My Wife and I have lived here at Waxhaw Mills now for four years and are very pleased with the current management that is here. Particularly when it comes to a maintenance issue. They are quick to respond, and they always leave a thorough summary of what they have done to resolve it. Waxhaw Mills is great place to live.
