My Wife and I have lived here at Waxhaw Mills now for four years and are very pleased with the current management that is here. Particularly when it comes to a maintenance issue. They are quick to respond, and they always leave a thorough summary of what they have done to resolve it. Waxhaw Mills is great place to live.
Absolutely LOVE the loft style apartments!
We are charged monthly for valet trash. Apparently they only pickup 2 times a week now if that. Really going downhill here. Yet we are charged full rate. Real ripoff here
