I travel 2 hours to do my wedding bands engraving and the service was amazing! Erin help me to get the best engraving and also were responsive for any inquiries I had. Overall 5 starts.
Wonderful experience getting my jewelry cleaned and prongs assessed by Erin! All of it looked brand new. Many of my pieces are family jewelry passed down and so it always means a lot to wear them and to ensure their quality is maintained. I definitely will be back for any future jewelry wishes/needs. Thank you!
Really nice customer service!
Came into the store 15mins before closing. The staff was still warm and inviting. The were able to fix my chain and even cleaned it within 5 mins. They have a nice selection and even one of one pieces. Highly recommended
My fiancé and I had our bands custom made by Jimmy! We are SO happy how they turned out. We are thankful to have worked with Waxhaw Jewelers and the team during this special time in our lives!
