Got my front end fixed after a collision, the check engine light kept coming on after I got it back. They cleared it out and said next time it came on to go to the dealer. So went to the dealer when it came back on. It ended up being a faulty fan, so the dealer fixed it and in doing so the dealer found the inlets to the radiator were glued back in from the repairs of the collision. I took my Ford Explorer here to get fixed up after i clipped a pole in the parking lot on the passenger door. I tried another local shop that was overly expensive and did not even include a new door shell. Waxhaw Collision came in substantially lower AND also included replacing the door shell with a brand new one. The vehicle is a 2024 with less than 10,000 miles and i wanted it back to normal like-new, they sure did deliver! The door looks like it is the original with perfect matching paint. They told me they’d do an estimate on my vehicle, and came by my house (apparently) without informing me. They even asked me my full address and everything… which if they never came, seems kind of creepy… I called them, then they said they had came by, I asked what they thought…. then hung up on me. I’m very scared by their information that they gathered about me. I called back and they kept hanging up.
