Forgot to write the review! The Bike Shop staff is great, they take the time to answer to any type of question and what I really loved is that they do not try to push anything. They explain and you make the decision. Thanks for the great work and professionalism.
Top Notch bike shop, well informed and polite staff, who know there trade inside and out. All types of rider are catered for from the serious club rider to the fair weather warrior. Good selection of bikes and kit to suit every budget and a well run workshop with highly skilled Techs to make sure your steed runs as it should. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.
First time joining the Saturday ride and what a fantastic group. The treats and drinks afterwards very welcome and very much appreciated. See you next week!
Bunch of great people working at Bike Depot! They were very patient with the sales process while looking for new bikes for both myself and my 7 year old son. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and great service. Quality bikes too, a huge step above what you'll find at the big box stores. I try to support local businesses wherever possible, and Bike Depot definitely earned my business. Look no further for a great bike shop in the South Charlotte area!
Amazing service!!! I'm in LOVE with my new bike! We've also been in to have something simple done like re-wrapping the handles on my jogging stroller. The level of service is always fantastic!
