Wonderful caring staff. Took my fur babies to them for about 13 years, before moving out of the area.
Had a great experience with Dr Borrell. Have a Sugarglider that had some really bad teeth. She did all she could to save the teeth but we finally had to have them removed. Her concern for the problems the teeth caused and the things she did to help her were amazing. My little glider is home tonight and is eating her fruit and veggie smoothie with her OHPW. Excellent and very caring people here! Love this place!!!
The doctors and staff at Waxhaw Animal Hospital are all so very caring, as well as competent.
They were able to see our sick cat early in the morning when I called. It was not the best news but we were given many options to help our cat!
It was awesome to bring my animal to people who love their job. Waxhaw has an awesome facility and the staff is great.
So frustrated with this clinic! They rarely if ever return phone calls and if they do its at the end of the day and too late to act on if you're trying to fill a prescription. You can count on waiting a minimum of 30 minutes to get back to a room for your appointment. They are never on time.
