at first my wife and I loved them, though very expensive, they were willing to work with us on a payment plan and they WERE very compassionate and seemed to care more about helping your pet than the money. After about a year though it seemed everything changed the compassion for the animals was gone and all we got from most of the staff was bad attitudes. I no longer take my animals here nor will I ever again
I LOVE Waxhaw Animal Hospital! My daughter is involved in the Vet Explorers program and I think it's so great there's a program like it in our area. Last week when our Magic was sick, we brought her in and they diagnosed her with a bacterial infection. Dr. Baron has an awesome bedside manner, and they even called to check on her 2 days later� keep up the great work, y'all!
There are not many vets that will work with bunnies, so I'm glad we found this place (and it is near our house). Our bunny Luna was spayed yesterday and we had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and they made sure we knew what to expect before and after the procedure. We received a call this morning checking on her. I highly recommend them.
Only people I trust with my dog and exotics! Everyone loves and cares about animals here and that’s all I could ask for.
Took my older dog in because we could tell she was in pain. Had to take her after work and they were so nice and friendly. The vet looked at her and determined she had pulled a shoulder muscle, sent her some meds and even called a few days later to check on her. Didn’t do unnecessary test just to te more money out of us. Will definitely take my dogs there from now on
