Drove over an hour, paid over $100 to get help for our little turtle...they were very rushed...they did my turtles ear abscess removal surgery and gave him back. I asked the person who came out with him some questions and he was COMPLETELY CLUELESS...I asked about some of the things the doctor said to do and followed her instructions to the T...I’ve reached out today (now over 24 hours since the visit) and NOONE has called/texted/emailed me back...I’ve been trying to reach them since 8am..my turtle began bleeding alittle mor... read more
I will preface this by saying all the techs and doctors here (with the exception of one DVM) are awesome and truly care about your pets. HOWEVER... This place has a horrible rat infestation, which has taken management months to address. There are holes cut out of the ceiling in random spots because of water damage, so it's safe to assume there is mold growing everywhere, including where they board animals. Their OSHA instructor/policy teacher is also a 'good client' (not sure how/if that's legal, but I'll be looking into it)... read more
RecommendedDr. Baron and the staff were very friendly. The doctor offered us the best service just like if our Puppy pancho was his own. He was very helpful in finding what was wrong with our dog. Amazing service and would totally recommend and go back soon.

Great staff. Dr. Hayes has taken great care of our small dogs for the past few years and is extremely compassionate and kind. He’s knowledgeable and thorough in exams. We are very happy with this clinic!

I brought my parakeet who I’ve had for over 5 years here today because his beak got too long and needed to be trimmed. Little did I know that this would be the last day I had with him. He had a heart attack because he was so scared of the procedure that was being done on him. I was given no warning about how loud the machine was that they were using, and the possibility of him having a heart attack.
