Her customer service is a 10 out of 10!!! She is ssooo cool and FUNNY!!😄 Kim staff is awesome as well. My 1st time here was great! Kim was super sweet and the wax didn’t hurt like my previous wax experiences! I recommend
I appreciated how Tati aka Tay explained each step, used high-quality products, and maintained a super hygienic environment. The results were smooth and flawless, and I could tell right away that I was in good hands. I definitely recommend.
