I went for 10 years in the last couple times I’ve been very disappointed they keep on trying to upsell me on other things. Had a situation and I needed to get appointment as soon as possible I could leave her there but can’t pick her up until 15 minutes after they close that was not acceptable and can’t get me in for several days. I’ve been a faithful client for many years and they can’t give me an extra 15 minutes very disappointing.
