Not sure what happened on this deal. In the market for a new car port and tried Lelands Sheds. All was good until finalizing the sale. Sales lady kept informing us of a surcharge. She would not fully explain and made us feel like she was being shady. Her explanation of the surcharge was, the price of metal has gone up and a $1,100 surcharge is placed in at the closing price.
