Horrible!!!! I had my things there and paid for years and years. Had a death in the family and wasn’t thinking straight. They never called or sent any notices regarding auction and just sold my things!! So many precious memories down the toilet because they didn’t care to make contact - No mercy!! Just sell and forget the people and families behind the unit. I’m so upset. I would not recommend these heartless people. Literally collected thousands and can’t make a phone call with a heads up. Just awful.
Great prices no climate control access outside. I will recommend because it is the cheapest but no pest control I can I reported I saw mice and mice drop droppings and she said that they were coming last month to put my medicine down and they didn’t the little black boxes are full of dirt they don’t have any kind of green animal poison in there. I clean my storage out and I put poison in my storage but I can smell dead rats and other people storage. That’s the downside 🙏🏼
