Good experience and friendly
Waxahachie Nissan is by far the best dealership we have ever been to. They are very professional and make you feel like family. The establishment is very clean and has many stations to plug in electronic devices, especially if you need to work from your laptop or tablet. Great service, friendly associates
We arrived right on time for our appointment while greeted & helped by Trey who was smiling, polite & thorough during the entire process. Our concern about our vehicle was addressed by the team in less than 2 hours with minimal damage to the wallet which is always a plus. I took my Nissan Quest minivan in for an oil change, tire rotation and 150,000 mile check. They printed out an estimate for work that needed to be done which totaled about $5800 in maintenance work. Thankfully, I’m not a gullible idiot. I took my van to Phillips garage, they did all of the work for $3500.
