I took my car in for an air filter, brake fluid, oil change and tire rotation. After the work done, my car began to make an unusual sound. I took it back. They said they checked it out and maybe it was the tires and an alignment. We took it to Discount Tire and they informed us that the four times we were supposed to have tires rotated and the dealership apparently was just one rotation. I am not happy at all and my husband will be talking to the service manager tomorrow. This is unacceptable and I am deeply disappointed.
Terrible customer Service. There are other local places you should give your money to.
