Service department trash 🚮 especially the Manager Wes. No help at all
MY GO TO FOR MY NISSAN SERVICE. WAS TAKEN CARE OF FROM THE TIME I DROVE ONTO THE SERVICE DRIVE UNTIL I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP. MY SERVICE ADVISOR BEENY WEIR WAS AWESOME. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR OIL CHANGE, TOOK ME RIGHT IN AND FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANOR. SERVICE TECHNICIAN KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON PROFRESS AS WELL AS SENT VIDEO OF THE INSPECTION PROGRESS. THEY EVEN WASHED MY CAR.
I only dropped my vehicle off to have the ignition system tested.I had always regretted taking my vehicle to Waxahachie Nissan because some of the veteran service agents had a condescending attitude and always talked down to me. Because of that, I would drive much further for service at other dealerships. But this time was different. Always a pleasant experience!! The service advisors deliver the best customer service. I’ve been a customer for around 4 years and every time I go there the advisors are professional and kind. I never feel rushed and everything is always explained to me in detail.
