My family has been going to this dealership for almost 20 years and we have bought multiple cars here too throughout the years, and we have continued to go the service department for all our needs. I am very disappointed and frustrated that after all these years of loyalty we are written off. Had a horrible experience with Jace at this dealership. They practice bait and switch tactics and when I respectfully told Jace that he hung up on me. What’s crazy is this guy was disrespectful and at one point during negotiations accused me for game playing because I had one competitive offer with another dealership. Save your time and avoid giving this place any business.
*update 1 year later - review of service after purchase* It took an entire year to get my windshield replaced which was under warranty. When they finally replaced my windshield, they also looked at a service engine light issue. They told me they would have to keep the Jeep overnight to let the windshield cure. I asked for a courtesy vehicle because I only had one car. It took three days because they had to run diagnostics for the engine light.
